The role is currently remote but when Client site reopens, the person has to be at Santa Clara, CA or Wilmington, DE (1st choice is Santa Clara, CA)Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development of Global campaign strategies to Divisions (PLLI) and regional strategies and objectives
  • Manager the design and development of Global campaign elements across the tactic mix: messaging, content, web, media, plan and manage regional conferences/event execution (RMS)
  • Manage digital campaign execution in collaboration with Marketing Automation team
  • Define media strategy and plan in collaboration with media team and GMPM
  • Measure and evaluate short and long-term campaign performance versus goals: recommend and implement adjustments as required
  • Responsible for budge and cost management to meet quarter allocations and budget targets as defined by the Division and Finance
  • Responsible for the development of strategies and specific marketing programs to support solution unit (SU) and region sales strategies and objectives
  • Work with SUs, sales and marcom to develop customer-centric “Challenger” messaging (GMPMs)
  • In collaboration with sales, monitor and analyze competitive information and customer data in order to develop effective programs that support regional-specific business opportunities (RMPMs)
  • Serve as the LSS marketing single point of contact for key stakeholders in the SUs and Sales
  • Collaborate with MPM colleagues to integrate program strategies as appropriate
  • Define Digital media strategy in collaboration with media team and marcom
  • Work with PR team to ensure integration of PR and key marketing programs and events
  • Measure and evaluate short-and long-term program impact and ROI against goals: implement adjustments as required
  • Lead WW quarterly marketing planning process (GMPMs)
  • Meet marketing budget quarterly targets
  • Provide strategic plans, as well as execute and deploy all campaigns
Qualifications:
  • Marketing experience required – 5+ years preferred.
  • Work experience with Life Sciences company or science education preferred.
