Job Description

Do you intuitively design processes and systems to drive business goals at scale? Are you intellectually curious and want to test the latest technologies and tools to improve operations? As the Global Process and Systems Lead for the Prisma Cloud team, you will not only ensure the successful launch of new technology products but also own and maintain the global best practice systems, processes and tools that empower our global sales organization to drive hyper growth.

Your Impact

  • Review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization and field acceleration (sales enablement tools, process, and programs)
  • Design and implement an annual plan of priority technology rollouts to the field
  • Drive global visibility across the entire Prisma Cloud sales portfolio by onboarding new teams into global systems, processes and tools
  • Serve as the Sales Ops stakeholder for new product introduction process to ensure successful field roll out- from enablement to compensation, including new technology and services SKUs, and future product M&A integration
  • Drive strategic projects to automate and scale sales operations
  • Determine system requirements to support global tracking of sales plays, key performance indicators, and quarterly results
  • Coordinate activities and priorities of enablement functions to improve alignment to sales strategy

Qualifications

  • Experience managing new product introductions and field roll outs
  • Strong program management skills with experience overseeing systems implementation
  • Ability to liaise with all areas of the business
  • Self-starter, able to establish own priorities, initiatives and drive to closure
  • Works well under pressure of heavy workload and time constraints
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets & PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Experience using reporting and analytics applications preferred; Salesforce preferred
