- We are looking for a motivated and service oriented individual, who enjoys working on infrastructure. You must enjoy working on a fast-paced environment that fosters growth, teamwork, and innovation.
- Drive a company van to drop off and pick up different hardware that is allocated to certain teams from Santa Clara to Cupertino.
- Maintaining an inventory of thousands of iOS/macOS/watchOS/tvOS devices and peripherals across multiple labs.
- Manual tasks within the data center such as rebooting, assistance with clients and reconnecting cables.
- Maintain proper tracking of devices across their entire use
- Ensure devices and systems are up and available for testing
- Run pre-made scripts to configure PDUs and/or Top of Rack Switches
- Deployment of released iOS/macOS hardware
- Hours will be 8am-6pm Monday – Friday.
- Must have a California driver’s license and be able to drive a company vehicle safely as well as handle sensitive equipment well.
- Must be over 25 years old.
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, mainly to carry into and out of the company van.
- 2+ years experience working in a lab or data center environment.
- Experience procuring and keeping inventory of equipment, electronic parts, tools, and laboratory consumables; preferably handling inventory of thousands of items.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills for equipment, materials, tasks and time.
- Excellent digital literacy including productivity tools on Mac OS (Numbers, Pages) and Windows (MS Office, MS Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills including speaking, writing, listening and interacting with multi-functional teams.
- Creative thinker and strong problem solver with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with command line (terminal, powershell)
- macOS manual experience
