Jade ServiceNow Implementation consultant provide platform and technical expertise through the full life cycle of development projects on the ServiceNow platform.ResponsibilitiesKey member of implementation project teamsCustomize and enhance ServiceNowHelp Convert business requirements into technical solutionsAbility to handle offshore resources.Analyzing, designing and developing business applicationsDevelop enterprise custom applications on the ServiceNow platform/CreateNowServiceNow Configuration and customization (Workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc.)Develop integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) Experience14-16 yrs experience with Java and OOPS concepts. Any prior experience with ServiceNow or related implementations will be an added advantage.ServiceNow Systems Administrator and Implementation Specialist certifications preferredStrong ServiceNow Scripting experience preferred.Hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow development platform -Workflows, Orchestration, Client Script, Business Rule, Script Include, UI Policy/Action, Fix Scripts, Transform Scripts, Debugging Mechanism, Custom System Properties preferredStrong web application development with Java based server environments such as Apache TomcatFamiliarity with JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, CSS, XHTML and XMLStrong OOPS concepts and algorithms and data structures.Experience with database design schemas and data modelingKnowledge of Eclipse IDE JUnitStrong requirements gathering experience. Ability to work with business users and clientsFamiliar with private/public Cloud and CI/CD framework/tools, such as GIT, VM, etc.Excellent communication skills - verbal and writing skillsDemonstrated consulting aptitude.Any background in IT Asset Management, IT Financial Management or Software Asset Management software is highly desirableExperience of Discovery .Orchestration, Performance Analytics a big plusITIL knowledge and ITIL certification a big plus
