Position Title:
Data Engineer/LeadLocation: Santa Clara, CA (Try to get in Bay Area if not then CA)Duration: Full Time Experience Level: 9+ Years Must have: DE with SQL/Python/Spark/Scala Job Description:- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related fields of study
- Strong DE with SQL/Python/Spark/Scala type skills
- Should have Strong skills in PySpark (Python & SPARK) and HIVE
- Strong Understanding of Hadoop Architecture, HDFS & ecosystem
- Should have knowledge on Shell Scripting, Python scripting, Strong SQL and KAFKA
- Better if the candidate have knowledge on Presto and Sqoop
- Ability to lead a team both in the US and some members in India
- Good strong communicator – some amount of client interaction expected
- Exposure to Customer Success biz function is a plus
