Roth Staffing is looking for a Production Service Systems Admin for the client (software company specializes in cloud computing). This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global leader in software company with a strong corporate culture and competitive pay.

Job Duties:Effectively analyzing complex training requirements and leveraging the capabilities of the software to meet needsProviding support and established best practices in maintaining curricula, certifications, courses and offeringsCreating and maintaining learner accounts and profilesPerforming system related implementation activities based on change requestDesigning reports to meet business needs for assigned functionsEstablish and maintain best practices related to Learning system architectureProviding technical assistance to business and development team in learning platform and fixing system issues in LMS as applicablePerform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects in LMS domainWork between Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and vendor to drive LMS implementations and improvementsMaintain vendor relationship and drive technical enhancements with vendor product teams e.g.: LMS teamExperience with multiple software delivery lifecycle methodologies such as - Waterfall, Agile

Skills: 6+ years of functional expertise in software project implementations with at least 3+ years related to LMS4+ years of functional and technical experience with LMSExperience in LRS platforms like SCORM Cloud, Brightcove, Watershed is mandatoryExperience with HTML, CSS, APIs (SOAP/REST), form posts, SFTP, 1st/3rd party tracking, query strings, CMS, web authentication is a plusExperience in hands on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activitiesAbility to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation and may require collaboration across multiple functional/technical teamsAbility to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience, including both verbal and written communicationsStrong technical background, analytical, and problem-solving skillsOversee installation of system updates, upgrades, integrated tools, and other software integrated within the learning management systemExperience working in a regulated environment to ensure training records meet regulatory expectationsKnowledge or experience working with Service Now Service Management or Platform preferred.Experience in deploying projects using Agile general principles of satisfying the client and continually develop software.

Education:Bachelor's degree in science and/or an education/work experience equivalent. Advanced degree would be a plus
