Title : Senior HR Operations Analyst Location : Santa Clara, California,95054 Duration : 3 Months Description: As a Contract Recruiter you will manage the full life cycle recruiting process across various regions and businesses. Responsibilities Support M&A initiatives by partnering with the M&A team to prepare the necessary documents, onboard the newly joining employees, deliver and track mandated documents and validating data transfer between systems Support any new organizational changes and restructuring efforts which includes document preparation, tracking and payments, processing of involuntary terms, severance payments Support HR Compliance and SOX requirements which includes supporting SOC testing cycles with necessary evidence collection, supporting data needs for AAP, EEO-1, VETS-4212 reporting, and internal ISO audits Work on site and/or cross functional projects independently or in support of HRBPs Process and validate employee business processes (i.e., status changes, terminations and pay adjustments) Assist HRBPs with Annual Performance Review process (reporting, tracking, calibration analysis) Process termination/separation records and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations Work collaboratively with HR Ops and HRIS to gather and validate data for mass data changes and acquire the necessary approvals Demonstrate a proven ability to analyse data, research information, problem-solve and coordinate projects Exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties and maintains an advanced degree of confidentiality Coordinate and collaborate cross-functionally with other groups and departments on projects and special tasks All other duties as assigned
