You’ll be involved in every step of the product development process, from understanding user needs and motivations, to brainstorming the next product opportunity, to getting pixels perfect leading up to launch. As a T-shaped designer, you are an expert in at least one area of design, but can handle a breadth of tasks, from experience design, to interaction design, to visual design, to motion graphics. You’ve built a complete toolkit, and you’re ready to step into the spotlight and take the lead.

Your Impact

  • Own app design end-to-end, from architecture, to design system, to visual design

  • Build wireframes and prototypes

  • Design systems that make simple, delightful experiences

  • Work with product managers to define new products and features

  • Identify future opportunities, working as a thought partner to product and engineering

  • Partner with UX research to understand the needs and motivations of our users

  • Collaborate with engineers to get the app just right

  • Ship, measure and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback

  • Lead and mentor junior designers

  • Help build a new design culture and establish team practices and tools

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer mobile apps, both Android and iOS

  • Demonstrated track record of leading projects to successful outcomes

  • Experience with human-centered design or design thinking methodologies

  • Highly proficient with design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

  • Excellence in design craft; a great design eye

  • Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team

Additional Information
