The Risk Product Marketing TeamdrivesServiceNow’s enterprise-wide risk and compliance marketing.Proactive risk managementenablesorganizationsto be agile and resilient, and ServiceNow’s modern cloud platform provides an unparalleled foundation for long-term success.The product marketing team works closely with a tight-knit business unit, amazingrisksales specialists, and passionate cross-functional marketingpartners. As a result, our business is growing at a record pace and is recognized as an industry and market leader.

Role

This new role willposition and market our Risk Management products to IT and security personas, including third-party risk managers, and drive projects that help grow the overall risk business.Yourmission is todevelop clear messaging and solutions around key domains and use cases for IT risk and compliance, including digital risk,vendor risk,cyber risk, and compliance.You’llsupportproduct launches,“better together”integrations,and industrysolutions with related products and partners.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Work closely with product management, sales, and global marketing partners to make your products and solutions successful and hit NNACV and renewal targets

  • Apply your subject matter expertise, experience, and competitive perspective toidentify audience, buyer needs,andfocus messaging, and campaign strategy for success

  • Adapt marketingstrategy and materialsas our agile developers roll out capabilities and integrationson a multiple release/year cadence

  • Collaborate to integraterisk and compliancemessaging and go to market with ServiceNow’sotherproductsand partner offeringsto expand marketopportunities and TAM

  • Advocate creatively tocustomers, prospects, and peers (including social media programs, webinars, blogs, etc.)

  • Enable salesand partnerswith domain-centeredtraining,persona-baseduse-cases,andvaluestories

  • Nurtureprospect andcustomer engagement at key corporateand industryevents, user meetings, andcommunity.servicenow.com

  • Develop a portfolio of happy customers that can be used as Sales references and public Case Studies, as well as in user groups and events

  • Strategize and invent compelling and persuasive content for traditional and digital marketing programs

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Relevant product marketing and subject matter expertise:

  • 4+years direct experience withIT risk and compliance product marketing and relevant domains

  • 5+ years in enterpriseSaaSproduct marketing

  • Experience working with strategic advisories a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldrequired, MBApreferred

  • Creative and innovative storyteller to break through market noise and inertia

  • Visual thinker andproven speaker withstrongpresentationdevelopmentskills(samples requested)

  • Excellentpersuasive writing (sampleswill berequired)

  • Success developing positioning, differentiation, and messagingtotarget personas

  • Success incontent strategy and development across the buyer’s journey (your framework may vary)

  • Ability todeveloplaunch andGTMplansto meet business goals, operationalize them, and deliveroutcomeswith minimal direction

  • Ability to lead and motivate others through excellentcross-functionalcollaborationand influencing skills

  • Bridge-builder who creates trusted relationships across extended virtual teams

  • Confidenceand work ethicto performexceptionallyin a fast-changing,demanding,and unstructured work environment

  • Curiosity and eagerness toexperimentfor product marketing excellence, with a sense of humor and humility
