Project Coordinator

Please note that this is a 9 months contract position. Candidates must be local to Santa Clara, CA but can work remotely during COVID. Assisting customer with generating, viewing, or downloading software licensesAssist customer with software media ordering delivery, and downloads, and providing order status updateManage account and member changes (add, change or delete members)Provide guidance on member account modificationsMake changes to member account loginsPerform account subscription extensions as requiredMonitor requests from Customer Service Representatives and/or customers relating to service contracts and software maintenance agreementsCapture and update support tickets in databaseSupporting team lead on daily tasks and documentations Required qualifications:Typically 3+ years relevant experience for entry to this level.Strong sense of urgency, responding to customers in an effective, courteous and timely mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skill ls in EnglishStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsKnowledge and experience with an ERP systemApplicants must provide their phone number.
