Job Description
  • The ideal candidate should be proficient in

    Digital Web Chat technologies.
  • Especially

    Chat solutions (BCM/SAP One Connect knowledge preferred)
  • We are working on upgrading our

    web chat to SAP One Connect
  • Prior experience with

    BCM tells us there will be work on Web sockets we expect the resource to know the infrastructure side too.
  • The chat technology is just simply called

    SAP Web Chat and it will integrate with

    SAP Conversational AI and SAP Contact Center (on prem).
  • In addition to the technology proficiency, we are looking for someone who can help work with and direct the additional/peripheral resources for e2e integration (i.e. help direct the developers when we start showing the chat on the pages.)
  • WebSocket, Integration with Chat Solutions like SAP BCM/SAP one connect/SAP Webchat
  • Ability to work with customer IT and business director
