Your Career

The senior digital campaign manager drives successful, long-term and short term digital marketing strategies for New Initiatives. This candidate connects the dots between the art and science of our digital marketing approach, processes, customer experiences, and success measures — continuously monitoring and optimizing customer digital touchpoints and web experiences to prioritize customer-centricity, intuitive experiences, and most importantly, driving leads and pipeline while enhancing brand sentiment. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams (web, omni channel and paid media) to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels, and will also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence.

Your Impact

  • Drive digital first mindset across New Initiatives marketing team

  • Ensure all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) maintain consistent messaging and drive objectives

  • Measure KPIs and report on performance across digital channel in relation to campaigns

  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction

  • Provide clarity on social media integration processes for programs as needed

  • Manage and improve online content creation processes and output, considering SEO and net new traffic acquisition tactics

  • Forecast lead performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment

  • Liaise with Product marketing, Operations, Demand, Web/Dev, omni channel and paid media teams to increase cohesive strategies and ROI

  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

  • Run experiments and tests to ensure programs are optimized

  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 7+ years marketing experience in a consumer products marketing context
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study highly desired

  • Experience leading and producing digital programs

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing priorities and last minute changes

  • Understanding of modern marketing and digital programs

  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to project manage multiple projects at once and keep the team informed of status

  • Self starter with a positive attitude who can prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented, environment, with excellent time management skills

  • Passion to provide the best, most innovative security solutions to businesses around the world.

  • Attention to detail, while maintaining an eye on the big picture

  • Insightful focus on scale and efficiency

  • Willingness to take on additional tasks and roles with a "can-do" attitude

NOTE:Preference for candidates located in the West Coast. Experience within the Marketing function is required.
