RoleThe Senior Manager of non-profit partnerships will drive ServiceNow’s social/community impact by guiding strategy and implementation of our global impact non-profit grants portfolio encompassing digital literacy, racial equity, the environment, as well as disaster response.In this role, the ideal candidate will identify potential non-profit partnerships by researching gaps and opportunities as well as staying current on developments in these areas. Candidate will develop and maintain a pipeline of potential grantees, manage approval process for grant proposals, evaluate impacts and provide reports, recommend portfolio or strategy changes as evaluation deems necessary, and manage relationships with current and potential grantees.

What you'll lead

  • Develop, implement, and monitor social/community impact partnership strategy
  • Create, track, and report relevant metrics for grants, focus areas, programs, and the portfolio at large, as well as support the development and tracking of departmental performance measures.
  • Research, pipeline development, proposal consideration, and grant and portfolio evaluation for investments across focus areas.
  • Create and executive stewardship and engagement plan for multi-year partnerships
  • Manage and track grants budget
  • Provide quarterly and annual Global Impact operational and programmatic metrics tracking and reporting
  • Work with marketing and communications teams, and other departments, including providing data, content and reports, to communicate efforts and impact to both the ServiceNow employee community and external stakeholders.
  • Provide operational and programmatic support as needed in identifying employee engagement and/or in-kind donation opportunities with grantees.
  • Providing operational and programmatic support as needed for new Global Impact initiatives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 12+ years proven success guiding strategy and managing multiple Social Impact/CSR programs/projects.
  • Relevant background in nonprofit philanthropic grant making, especially in a corporate environment
  • Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: digital literacy, racial equity, environment, disaster relief/response
  • Experience with Foundation/Donor Advised Fund administration also preferred
  • Evidence of accomplishments in handling projects from initial scoping to full implementation
  • Relevant background in project or program measurement and evaluation, performance tracking and reporting
  • Enthusiasm for efficiency, effective process, and absolute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, leadership and management skills are required
  • Strong ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, remove obstacles, and gain buy-in at all levels
  • Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously, to prioritize, and to keep the project moving forward
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
