We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Transformation Senior Manager with a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis processes who is excited to join a high growth Company. The role will provide the opportunity to work alongside Product CFOs, Controllers and Finance Leaders to optimize the business structure, improve forecasting accuracy, enhance governance, and build scalable solutions for future growth. The ideal candidate must possess strong transformation process and project management, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver game changing business outcomes.Your ImpactPartner with business organizations (Accounting, Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, IT, Legal, Support, Finance, etc.) to assist in implementation of process improvements, automation, and continuous improvement projects. Support revenue related system implementations.

Identify and drive improvement opportunities within current Financial Planning and Analysis processes and solutions through current or future technology capabilities like SAP S4 Hana, Analytics, and Process Automation (RPA).

Strategize, plan and manage Finance Transformation projects, governance, and development of process documentation and training materials.

Design, test, and execute system implementations to properly account for Finance Planning and Analysis functions (including SAP S4 Hana, SAC, etc.).

Manage multiple User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-launch validations to ensure seamless system implementations.

Leverage multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions, formulate recommendations, and present to senior management.

Manage project updates and internal communication within the organization and represent Finance in cross-functional meetings using data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.

Proactively resolve issues to drive team efficiency and effectiveness.

Coach team members, develop their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.

Analyze complex ideas and manage a variety of viewpoints to build a range of practical and meaningful recommendations, build consensus, and enable positive outcomes for all parties.

Synthesize and simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.

Lead, scale and drive operational excellence for the Finance organization.

Your ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred.

10+ years of progressive experience managing projects and process improvements within the Financial Planning and Analysis Space, with 4+ years of experience with Finance Transformation related experience preferred.

Subject matter expertise in Financial Analysis and Planning processes (Financial consolidations and Financial Reporting).

Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple functions and manage and implement new processes.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency.

Proven extensive technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), as well as thorough abilities utilizing Google Workspace.

Experience with financial systems, SAP ERP ECC & RAR, BI, Blackline, Tableau, and SFDC preferred.

Experience with high technology companies in the Hardware, Software and/or SaaS space a plus.
