Job Description

  • Effectively work with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to align business strategy and program execution.

  • Drive analytics roadmaps, develop new tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to help scale analytics capabilities with the growth of the organization and company

  • Plan, coordinate and manage large Data Analytics initiatives, lead program management team meetings, identify cross-functional dependencies, anticipate, minimize and mitigate risks.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including executive leadership team, managers, and peers.

  • Partner with outbound teams to facilitate product launch activities and framework for feedback and escalation management

  • Provide in-depth analysis on product adoption, customer maturity model and drive adoption strategies.

  • Develop and deliver presentations, memos, and reports for the executive team.

  • Iterate on portfolio and program management standards and successfully deploy across the Analytics organization.

  • Demonstrate a curiosity and a lean towards challenging existing processes to continuously optimize.

  • Assist with the development of business cases and business value analyses.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Program Management experience in a fast moving, agile environment in a high growth company.

  • MUST HAVE at least 5 years dedicated to managing IT programs in Enterprise Data and Analytics domain

  • Wide understanding of enterprise business processes and operating models, including sales, marketing, product and customer related workflows and analytics.

  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated consistent ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver technical solutions while mitigating or removing obstacles. Has a track record of overcoming project crises.

  • Possess strong communication skills in both presentation and memo formats.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and highly technical IT environment with a strong foundational understanding of enterprise applications, infrastructure, information security, and operations.

  • Hands-on expertise working with Agile/Scrum methodologies including agile tools (Jira, Confluence, smart sheet) required.

  • A self-starter that uses great judgment to keep programs and projects moving forward and completed on target.

  • Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration and teamwork.

  • Incredible attention to detail and a drive that motivates others on the team.

  • Highly collaborative team player that is comfortable providing and receiving open, real-time feedback to continuously up-level team performance.

  • Must be local or willing to relocate to SF Bay area.
