Solution Architect (PaaS)

· Client Enterprise Architecture team develops the architectural direction for IT, that enables the client to realize its business strategy.· This critical, cross-IT function will deliver the target architecture, roadmaps, governance processes and tools to enable us to simplify and standardize today's processes and supporting technology, laying the foundation to scale in order to meet future demands of the business.· While also Accelerating delivery, enabling IT to respond with agility and partner with the business on innovation to enable growth.· This position is responsible for enabling the Enterprise Architecture team to function more efficiently and effectively by creating and maintaining critical architecture data, creating frameworks and architecture collateral by collaborating with fellow Enterprise Architects, IT Service Owners and Business Stakeholders· This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great communication and storytelling skills, strong desire, and technical skills to deploy solutions that make a broad impact within IT.· Work with different business and IT stakeholders to create Architecture models and prepare architecture collateral and artifacts which will serve as inputs into solution development· Gather and organize architecture data (such as applications inventories, business capability maps, business process maps) across multiple domains· Leverage the ServiceNow platform to maintain this data using our products such as ITBM· Execute business capability and application health assessment initiatives, capture inputs from the business and IT stakeholders to create visuals and reports to derive meaningful insights· Be the data steward for all architecture data and define processes and tools for serving up the data to IT and business consumers· Experience in architecting and delivering solutions in CRM, CPQ, Order Management, PRM, Customer success and Entitlement functions.· 5-8 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect
