We are seeking a talented individual with a deep analytical mindset and strong interpersonal skills that can lead Palo Alto Networks’ FP&A and Analytics transformation roadmap. The successful candidate will be a thought leader with a proven record of leading process transformation initiatives and delivering results to trusted partners across the entire enterprise. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable delivering on operations goals and process transformation. In this newly created role, the Sr Director will apply their expertise to drive improved analytics, forecasting accuracy, data driven decision business support, process transformation, program management, and build advanced finance technology capabilities. Reporting to the VP Finance of Corp FP&A, this is a high impact role with significant leadership accountability.Your Impact:Team Building and Process Transformation InitiativesBuild and lead all aspects of FP&A Transformation roadmap with mission to improve data analytics, insights and decision making through automation and the introduction of advanced finance technologies in partnership with our IT teams

Identify and drive initiatives which automate and optimize global business processes and systems in finance and which foster trust and accountability in financial reporting and drive improved forecasting accuracy

Partner with cross-functional teams and global process owners to identify opportunities, prioritize and execute on process improvement, master data governance and system implementations

Provide and manage steering committee updates

Collaborate with cross-functional partners globally and maintain effective communication channels

Success in this role involves an ability to think critically and creatively, plan and execute effectively while collaborating across global locations

Your Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree

15+ years of experience including multi-national, public companies

Experience leading process transformation, shared services, project management, major systems implementation, acquisition integration with some experience with finance and compliance

Demonstrated deployment of advanced digital finance technologies such as advanced analytics, machine learning, robotic process automation, etc.

Experience working collaboratively in a cross - functional, global environment

Managerial experience aligning vision, goals and resources and delivering results

Leadership experience, optimizing employee engagement and growth outlook, and communication experience
