Your Career

In this role, you will be a key player on the Americas Prisma Cloud Field Marketing Team and will partner closely with the global campaigns team, field/channel marketing, product marketing and Sales to build the account-based marketing (ABM) program vision as well as drive program execution for Prisma Cloud.

Your Impact

  • Own and execute on the quarterly & annual field marketing plans to deepen relationships with the Americas Prisma Cloud key account segments. This role is inclusive of a combination of traditional field marketing activities and modern techniques & approaches to regional ABM.
  • Own, build and execute on 1:1, 1: few, and scalable ABM programs to meet pipeline requirements
  • Be the strategic lead and take ownership of acquisition & expansion programs in our target account sets
  • Be the strategic lead and take ownership of opportunity conversion and deal acceleration programs
  • Be the strategic lead and take ownership of targeted industry-focused programs
  • Maintain and evolve the target account strategy and provide input to account propensity modeling in support of growth initiatives/evolving strategies across the Americas
  • Develop data and insight strategy to build and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas as well as oversee a database of named contacts to align with current marketing and sales defined target audiences
  • Partner closely with Prisma Sales & BDR teams to ensure coordinated inbound follow-up and integrated outbound marketing efforts
  • Work with business planning and data science teams to develop scorecards, metrics, and success objectives
  • Communicate program objectives, status updates, actions, and results across marketing and Sales. 

  • Identify opportunities to optimize program effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
  • Evaluate, select and manage ABM vendors and agencies to help translate Prisma marketing goals to deliverables

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Deep experience in executing full funnel marketing tactics from top of funnel digital tactics & webinars, to high-touch events, industry trade shows and conferences. Aligning plans to the customer journey.
  • Proven track record executing innovative and complex event and demand generation programs in a BtoB, SaaS selling model 

  • Best in class field marketing, demand generation, or campaigns experience with a B2B hi-tech company for 7+ years.
  • Demonstrated success owning & driving an Account Based Marketing strategy and plan in a large ($500M+) revenue, global organization
  • Demonstrated success with executing high-touch ABM programs for large-account selling teams
  • Established relationships with key ABM vendors and ecosystem. Able to consult on process improvements, involving agency resources or implementing technical solutions to optimize ABM program impact
  • Hands on experience with campaign and program-level reporting from Salesforce.com, Marketo, and Tableau with working knowledge of technologies like Demandbase, Outreach.io, and PathFactory a plus
  • Experience owning and/or partnering on executive sponsor programs for key accounts, and developing programs for targeted CxO engagement
  • Experience in Cloud Security and marketing to DevOps & Security personas and related buying centers
  • Strong comfort level and business acumen when communicating to senior-level executives
  • Excellent written & verbal communications skills and a confident presenter
  • Solid understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles
  • High energy, optimistic attitude. Agile, works well under pressure, meets tight deadlines, and doesn’t get phased by rapidly changing environments
  • Strong empathy towards others with the ability to create and nurture relationships across multiple teams

If hired in Colorado, this position starts at $137,400/yr. Depending on the position offered, restricted stock units and incentive or bonus pay may be provided as part of this compensation package.
