ServiceNow is looking for an exceptional and self-starter Product Manager to help us shape the way search-based products and services are built, delivered, and managed. We at ServiceNow IT are pushing limits with our own platforms to deliver exceptional employee experience. As the Product Manager for Digital Employee Experience Search engagement channel, you will play a critical role in delivering best in class employee service delivery and experience.

Purpose:

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning, delivery and marketing throughout the product lifecycle.

They will develop a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own experience and industry insight.

They will work closely with Development/Engineering and other teams to deliver products that align with this vision, meet customers’ needs and consistently meet high-quality standard.

They will develop a forecast for the product based on feedback from users, customers, stakeholders, market analysts, and their own experience. They will also be responsible for the delivery of the final product.

The product manager will identify the key benefits and the value of the products. These will be used to create and maintain adoption, engagement, and enablement plans.

Qualifications

· Define the product strategy and roadmap

· Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life

· Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases

· Write the business case for investments and gain internal approval

· Write Product Requirements and Business Value documents

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships

· Be the recognized expert in the business for the product, the market, the relevant technology and the competition.

· Develop core positioning and messaging for the product

· Perform product demos to customers and develop working and mutually beneficial business relationships

· Monitor, report, and improve product performance

· Commission market and competitor research

· Promote the product through training/ enablement sessions, webinars, newsletters and other available mechanisms

· Develop and deliver training to technical sales support

· Collate feedback from users

· Represent the voice of the customer in senior level management meetings

· Evangelize the product internally and externally

· Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders

· Deliver weekly and monthly product performance metrics and narrative to interpret the metrics

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

Flexible

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

Remote

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office,including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to workwithin their state, province, region, or country of employment.
