In this position, you will have responsibility for managing reporting requirements for Supply Chain product costs and assisting in cost reductions strategies and projections. You will have ownership for maintaining data in various tools for accurate product costing and spend and savings analytics. You will assist Supply Base Managers (SBMs) in processing RFQs, then establishing and updating standard costs with EMS partner. In this newly added position, you will report to the Dir, Supply Chain Materials and ODM within Operations, Supply Chain group. Your Impact and Responsibilities:Work with members of the Supply chain team and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and projections of product costs and OCOGS.
Review OCOGS claims from EMS and ODM partners and process requisitions.
Process management of reports for monthly OCOGS expenses.
Refresh BOM and AML data in Anaplan Supply Planning tool. Refresh data in RFQ Tool.
Upload material and product standard costs in Arena PLM tool. Report material standard costs to EMS partner.
Review and update data for Tableau cost reports.
Report quarterly direct material spend and savings by manufacturer and Supply Base Managers.
Report spend and savings analytics for Supplier Business Reviews.
Validate EMS partner’s product cost.
Calculate EMS partner’s cost reduction for score card processing.
Review and validate inventory revaluation reports.
Assist with cost analytics and automation projects.
1-2 years of experience
Ability to comprehend cost elements and evaluate impact of processes on data accuracy
Proficiency in Excel, familiar with Tableau is a plus
Strong attention to details and deadline oriented
Good teamwork, self starter, and excellent interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
