Technical Project Manager aria-hidden="true" Role and responsibilities aria-hidden="true" The Technical Project Manager will be part of the Global Information Services (GIS) and will work with the Applied business units, GIS, support teams to plan, organize, and manage the execution of critical solutions successfully and drive them to operations aria-hidden="true" aria-hidden="true" Job Description aria-hidden="true" As a Technical Project manager, you will be responsible for the following: aria-hidden="true" Drive digital transformation initiatives, review, and manage multiple business requests for new solutions and enhancements aria-hidden="true" Engage on the business requirements to carve out functional requirements aria-hidden="true" Engage with technical teams and business teams to identify optimal solution aria-hidden="true" Manage technical projects and execute all phases of projects following Applied's Project Management Methodology (PMM) aria-hidden="true" Learn and educate GIS processes to business teams to follow-through and be compliant aria-hidden="true" Widely collaborate, manage the work and coordinates work performed by the GIS team, vendors, Applied business units, and other support groups aria-hidden="true" Manage technical projects with defined scope, cost, time and deliver with quality aria-hidden="true" Develops detailed project plans that covers end-to-end activities and outcome aria-hidden="true" Prioritize deliverables and follow-through completion aria-hidden="true" Communicate status of the projects to key stakeholders in an established cadence aria-hidden="true" Follow project management best practices in planning, scheduling, resource management, risks, and issues management, tracking and reporting project progress, communications, approvals, documentation, and manage change control aria-hidden="true" Represent the projects to create right documentation, content and presents information for project reviews and regular updates aria-hidden="true" Ensure Applied's Project Management Methodology compliance during project execution aria-hidden="true" Education and experience aria-hidden="true" Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Information technology aria-hidden="true" 7+ years of technical project management experience in the overall experience aria-hidden="true" Certifications in project management like PMP, CSM etc. aria-hidden="true" Proven track record in leading full lifecycle enterprise projects, Digital transformation initiatives, involving business processes and IT, integration, and managing global teams aria-hidden="true" Working knowledge of project planning tools is required aria-hidden="true" Ability to understand business and functional business processes, and how it relates to the technical solutions is required aria-hidden="true" Proven experience in interacting and communicating with mid to higher level management and the project teams aria-hidden="true" Experience driving solutions in Cloud, services, integration, is desired aria-hidden="true" Experience driving Security and legal projects is a plus aria-hidden="true" Skills aria-hidden="true" The following skills are needed to perform the role: aria-hidden="true" Excellent written and verbal communication skill aria-hidden="true" Strong customer focus and orientation to ensure customer success and satisfaction aria-hidden="true" Ability to drive workshops and tying requirements to deliverables aria-hidden="true" Focus on results and outcome with projects aria-hidden="true" Ability to identify risks and issues and bring it to the right stakeholders' attention for resolution aria-hidden="true" High attention to detail and ensuring accuracy in reporting aria-hidden="true" Ability to drive effective meetings with preparation, capturing minutes, actions, and follow-ups to closure of actions on time aria-hidden="true" Ability to prioritize key activities and execute them in a timely manner aria-hidden="true" Ability to fully understand Applied project management methodology and drive compliance on the deliverables aria-hidden="true" Execute Waterfall/SCRUM methodology projects following Applied PMM processes aria-hidden="true" Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite applications and project management tools aria-hidden="true" Other information aria-hidden="true" 10% travel is possible aria-hidden="true" Need to be interacting and attending meetings in Europe and Asia time zones Reach me bhavitha(dot)b(at)mysbscorp(dot)com
