Job Title:
UI Path Production Support role,Location: Remote,Duration: Long Term Contract.JD- Play a key role in the UiPath Production Support team and also on current non-UiPath automations.
- Lead task force to monitor mission critical automations for their stability, performance, reliability and exceptions.
- Self started with a keen interest in ensuring all RPA automations (current and new) run at their maximum potential.
- Conduct RCA sessions with concerned stakeholders to identify issues impacting all automations.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders including Business to ensure smooth operations of the RPA BOTs.
- Positive mindset with an open mind to address issues that occur with automations in collaboration with all the involved teams.
- Coordinate with the RPA development teams to ensure they fix the identified issues and roll out the changes.
- Monitors UiPath Orchestrator and services on a daily basis and notifies the support team of any BOT issues.
- Perform BOT Package deployment across environments
- Works with (UIPath) RPA product team and troubleshoots platform issues.
- Monitors the windows infrastructure (terminal, application, web servers, etc) and related services.
- Works with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues on the infrastructure.
- Assists the BOT support team to monitor bot runs on UIPath and resolve production issues.
- Monitor tickets assigned in the queue system and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Adheres to the bot delivery/governance framework and performs change control/ production code migration post approvals.
- Maintains user and bot accesses in UIPath as approved by system and process owners.
- Performs scheduled maintenance activities such as server reboot & software patching.
- Partners with other team members to perform a seamless transition of support during time zone rotation.
