Accounts Payable for major Racing and Motorsports company in Santa Clarita, CA

About the role:The successful candidate will manage the daily cash bank account balance and ensures company policies and procedures are adhered to as they pertain to accounts payable. In this role, you will be a key person in the transition to A/P automation via OCR and AI. Responsible for leading the Accounts Payable process and function.

Responsibilities include:· Oversee the daily management of the accounts payable staff and processes associated with the payment of invoices.· Ensuring the accuracy of the entire process as it relates to vendor payment.· Processing of purchase orders, receiving, invoices and payment of invoices.· Vendor communication.

Requirements and skills:· Bachelor's degree or higher.· Proficient with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 / 365.· OCR / automation.· Cash Pro (Bank of America).· Knowledge of GAAP / IFRS.· Foreign currency wire payments and experience at a large company preferred. Location: Santa Clarita, CAType: ContractDuration: 1 year assignment with possibility of extending (contingent position)
