- Planning and oversight of marketing programs, advertising plans, social media channels, and brand messaging across various programs and platforms to ensure that HPD is meeting sales targets and building brand affinity with motorsports enthusiasts and racers.
- Successful candidates must be able to build lasting relationships with those they are working in support of and in partnership with. They should be self-accountable and able to work under minimal supervision while they develop annual plans and goals, work with agencies, determine budgets, lead social media growth initiatives, and drive engagement rates.
- Manage and report marketing metrics and program budgets, while working with a sense of urgency and time management to meet deadlines. Some travel and weekend work may be required
- MUST HAVE RACING/MOTORSPORTS OR FSAE EXPERIENCE
- Candidates should have 1-3 years of increasing sales using marketing concepts, website management, and/or social media experience, with a preference given to those with a background in motorsports.

- Ability to develop creative approaches and branding solutions.
