- 10 + years of experience in Pharma Commercial Data Management is must.
- Capture business requirements for existing and new dashboards to track new launches and existing products and other relevant KPIs through the use of technology and digital solutions.
- Ability to understand HCP, HCO, Sales, Call data.
- Knowledge of Commercial relevant data sources e.g. CRM is required that will help sales representatives to efficiently plan their activities and enter calls.
- Understanding medicine's life cycle, focusing on marketing and selling novel treatments for various disease areas.
- Ability to understand market segmentation, across the pharmaceutical sectors
- Knowledge of global regulations, compliance, master data management (MDM) in terms of pharmaceutical companies is required.
- ETL Knowledge using tools like SSIS is expected.
- Fundamentals knowledge for Data-warehousing, Dimensional modelling.
- Knowledge of visualization techniques and tools like Power BI.
