- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 5+ years experience working within Workday.
- Knowledge of some or all of Workday s functionality like Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion.
- Experience with all aspects of Workday HCM implementation including requirements gathering, fit or gap analysis, functional design documentation, user acceptance testing, training and deployment activities.
- Strong team player with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
