Compliance Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager position in the Buellton area. This position is full-time and direct to hire. The salary for this position is 90-$100k annually depending on experience. If you are qualified and interested, please submit a resume ASAP!

Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Conducting preliminary investigations for the project requests

Proactively engage project stakeholders and executive team to ensure deliverables, constraints, risks, issues assumptions, dependencies, and regulatory requirements are completely and accurately defined.

Refine and implement project management methodologies, tools, and practices to provide continuous process development.

Manage project teams throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, assigning, scheduling, monitoring, and reviewing project activities

Conduct interviews, compile and analyze responses, and create business cases for projects

Develop, prepare, present, and maintain project plans, including staffing requirements, work breakdown structures, and schedules

Perform project risk assessments by identifying key risk factors, providing effective mitigation strategies, and assigning contingency action plans.

Apply established project methodologies to manage projects; use change control templates and processes, manage time and recording activities using defined scheduling tools, and coordinate resource acquisition and utilization

Communicate regularly with project stakeholders

Collaborate on and contribute to the development of compliance PMO reports.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

4+ Years of compliance experience

Bachelors and/or masters degree in a related field

Knowledge and practice of Project Management guidelines and principles

Microsoft Office/Suite proficiency

Solid analytical, mathematical, and research skills

Great interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Highly organized

Able to multitask efficiently and effectively.
