24-hour on call, expected 25-30 hours per week and willing to live on premises, a studio apartment for 2 people will be provided. Perfect for married or retired couple. Must have prior experience living in a RV Park.
Serves as the designated agent for the Highway Trailer Park and is responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of all common areas, including park-owned electrical, gas, and plumbing equipment and their installations and all park-owned permanent buildings or structures. Ensures that all residents abide by park regulations, collect rent, executes rental agreements, secures appropriate professional assistance to comply with the safe operation and maintenance of the park, including, but not limited to, licensed contractors, repair professionals, and law enforcement. Responsible for in-depth knowledge and understanding of park rules and regulations, including suggesting new policies and/or procedures. Work with both legal counsel and the Highway Trailer Park business office to ensure continued compliance of operations.
Other duties include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning and stocking of restrooms; maintaining clean park - including the removal of all debris; repairing any damages; and, be observant and proactive of the changing needs of the Park and its residents.
