Hayden Consultation Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to assist individuals with disabilities improve their quality of life. We are looking for caring, motivated people to join our family of professionals to utilize Positive Behavior Support (PBS) strategies with individuals, their families and schools to improve the environments supporting people with special needs. As a highly selective boutique company, we foster a supportive work environment as a close family team with regular collaboration meetings in which we brainstorm ways that best meet the needs of those we serve.

Individuals joining our team will receive competitive compensation (based on education and experience), between work-site mileage reimbursement, ongoing training/mentoring, collaborative support in career development.

Position Includes:

-Providing direct service to individuals with intellectual, mental, and/or developmental disabilities in home, work, community and school settings;

-Teaching, coaching, and supporting staff, caregivers, and/or parents;

-Participation in program development;

-Monitoring support delivery and progress;

-Writing progress reports;

-Collaborating with supportive Hayden Consultant team.

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma with relevant experience.

- Possess CA driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation;

- Ability to pass and maintain DOJ clearance & TB screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Enrolled in BCBA- or BCaBA eligible coursework (e.g. trainee).

- Moderate/Severe Special Ed Teaching Credential (Education Specialist Credential - ESC).

- Coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Positive Behavioral Support (PBS), and work experience collaborating with parents/stakeholders of children with special needs.

-Bachelors degree in psychology, education, or related discipline;

-RBT/BCAT Training

- Case supervision experience.

- Spanish-Speaking.
