We are looking for a motivated individual to serve as an assistant manager for our growing dental practice, Smile Santa Maria Dental. The job also requires serving in the role of a treatment coordinator, in other words, helping patient's accept treatment, understand treatment sequence, insurance, and financial arrangements. Experience in sales is a definite plus. We can teach you the dentistry, so we are looking for someone who is good with relating to and understanding people.
