Night shift: Caregiver/Housekeeper wanted for our beautiful and joyful 18 bed assisted living facility for elderly residents in Santa Maria. Caregivers assist residents who need help during the night, and help get some residents ready for the day in the morning, and do housekeeping also, because most of the residents sleep quite well through the night. Three 11 hour shifts for 33 hours, but get paid time and a half for 3 hours of overtime each shift. Or, it may be 4 nights one week, and 3 nights the next week, with the 4th night every other week. Shifts go from 9:30 p.m. until 8:30 a.m. likely on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights, and possibly every other Sunday night.
2nd opening for afternoon shift caregiver: Sunday to Wednesday from 12:30 to 9:30 p.m. and Saturday morning from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Qualifications: complete honesty, a love for all people (especially for the elderly), cheerful and positive disposition, gentle and very patient nature, good listener and communicator, friendly, non-swearer, and a helpful team player. Experience preferred, but not necessary if you have the right heart for working with the elderly. We prefer no visible tattoos, and no body piercings other than one pair of ear rings, no immodest clothing and absolutely drug free. We do drug tests, so if you use any drugs at all, including marijuana, then please don't waste your time or ours. Must have squeaky clean criminal record to pass live-scan fingerprint process.
