Senior Machinist - Program- Setup and Run - Full Time - CNC MACHINE SHOP BUELLTON
Wage rate based on experience and qualifications.

Established CNC machine shop with over 40 years in business is seeking a Senior Machinist to join our team. The Senior Machinist will Program, Setup, Operate and Inspect his own work. Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
You will need to have at least 5 years of experience in a CNC machine shop.
You will be provided with all the support you need. But you will need to be able to work independently complete set ups on mills and lathes. Experience with a Hardinge Quest 851 or any Lathe with milling capabilities is a plus.
Experience using Mastercam is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
Program, set-up and run Lathes and Mills.
You will need to deburr your own work as it comes off the machine.
Reading and understanding blue prints
Inspection; first article, in-process and final inspection. You should have your own inspection tools.
Ability to program and use our Mitutoyo CMM a plus
Required Skills:
Advanced Machining Skills
Programming skills are a plus and you should have at least a basic understanding of programming FANUC
Ability to do complicated set ups.
Good hand-eye coordination and vision
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must speak, read and write English fluently
Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a background check

Full time employment (40 hours per week) 4, Ten hour days. 4 days on 3 days off.
Work hours are 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday Thursday Overtime is offered for Fridays.
