Clinical Supervisor School-Based Counseling- Santa Maria

The Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse is seeking a contract Clinical Supervisor for our mental health programs serving children, adolescents and families in Santa Maria and Lompoc. This position is responsible for clinical supervision of MFT & CSW Associates and Trainees providing mental health counseling in schools and in CADA's treatment programs.
Duties:
Provide one weekly group clinical supervision session between 2:30 - 4:30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays at the CADA office in Santa Maria, in addition to individual supervision/support, and on-call supervision for other groups as needed when other clinical supervisor is out. Provide guidance regarding crisis intervention, legal and ethical requirements, clinical documentation, and best practices in reducing risk behaviors and promoting mental health. Hours may increase if and when coverage is needed for other supervision groups, and as need increases.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed professional in the mental health field (LMFT, LCSW, Ph.D., Psy.D.), certified to provide clinical supervision, with 2 years post licensure experience; experience working with children, adolescents, and families, substance abuse, clinical supervisory experience and experience in school setting a plus.
