Duties:
Responsible for A/R
Maintain confidentiality of all information
Maintain direct contact with customers
Answer phones & email
Data entry
Light bookkeeping
Various office duties
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of Quick Books
Ability to be tactful with clients
Strong communication skills both verbal & written
Ability to prioritize & work independently
Strong organizational skills
Detailed oriented/Attention to detail
Experience in social media helpful
Approximately 20 hours per week
