Are you a current student or recent college graduate with a background in Chemistry? We are currently hiring for a Lab Technician position in the Lompoc area. This position is full-time and temp-to-hire. The payrate for this position is $19-$22 an hour. If you are interested and qualified, submit a resume ASAP
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist lab by analyzing geological samples
Verify materials’ conformance to the appropriate quality requirements
Collect samples, prepare & use lab apparatus equipment
Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
Chemistry background preferred
Biology background acceptable
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work well alone or in a group
Must be able to work swing-shift as needed
