We are currently hiring for a Data Administrator position in the Santa Maria area. This position is full-time and temp-to-hire. The payrate for this position is $18-$20 an hour. If you are interested and qualified for this position, please apply ASAP!

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain the data quality on various systems

Provide online support to clients (including producers and buyers).

Create client support materials (manuals, user instructions, etc.)

Develop executive reports

Assist in the creation and updating of websites

Assist in the launch of new projects

Coordinate with other departments to implement troubleshooting/development solutions

Promote and sell our services to potential clients

Perform other tasks as required

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelors degree is required

Advanced computer skills required (Microsoft windows, Microsoft office, Web browsers; database knowledge a plus.)

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

2+ years experience in customer service and/or data administration role (produce industry experience preferred)

Good self-starter with ability to take initiative

Sense of urgency

Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Good problem analysis and creative problem-solving skills

Dependable with the ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent interpersonal skills and patience with clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong listening skills

Excellent multitasking abilities and stress tolerance

Thorough record-keeping of client interactions

Attention to detail and accuracy
