Trailer Hitch RV Center Service Department has an immediate need for a Dispatcher / Receptionist / Cashier! This is a high volume, fast-pace environment
This company is seeking an excellent communicator and organized person to schedule and dispatch the service technicians. While managing service requests, they will be the direct contact with the customer. We are looking for a talented individual to help us ensure we meet customer expectations and deliver service excellence.
Schedule service maintenance, repairs; assign technicians
Confirm service appointments and lead times with customers
Payroll
After service, follow-up with customer to ensure satisfaction
Maintain service database
Maintain and grow service agreements
Job quoting and parts research
Some invoicing, and closing of RO's
Assist with counter sales
Ensure that all repairs are assigned to technicians in an equal and fair manner
Check progress of each repair order throughout the day
Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks
Establish and maintain customer follow-up to confirm satisfaction with the service experience
Answering Phones
Excellent Customer Service
Processing Paperwork Timely and Accurately
Excellent written communication skills to work effectively with internal and external customers.
Must be a great multitasker.
