A local construction company is currently recruiting for the Fleet Administrative Assistant position.
Position Description
As a Fleet Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining an accurate parts inventory and appropriate stocking levels. You will also be responsible for ordering parts, tracking service and having a basic overall knowledge of mechanics. Additional responsibilities include:
Ordering parts for vehicles.
Maintaining an accurate parts inventory and appropriate stocking levels.
Entering repair orders into the TatemsĀ fleet software system.
Ensuring that technicians are recording all labor times and parts.
Assorted projects or tasks assigned by the fleet maintenance manager.
Position Details
Location: Santa Maria, CA
Salary: $30-/hr
Benefits: Full health benefits after 90 days probation.
Position Requirements;
Working knowledge of Tatems with 2 years experience.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Word and Excel
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to learn and operate company-based programs.
Excellent communication skills.
