Interior Remodeling Experience a Must
Journeyman and Experienced Apprentices Needed Only

We are a licensed general contracting company that is performing rehab / remodel work at an apartment complex located in LOMPOC. We are looking for a self-starters that can take direction and keep moving forward throughout the day. Applicants with experience in framing, drywall, plumbing and finish work will be moved to the top of the list. Please be organized, have the experience needed to do the job with little direction and the confidence to make decisions while working. We are performing work that consist of turning 13 standard units into ADA accessible units and other miscellaneous work throughout the property. This project just started and will run through October. If you are looking for steady work and can start immediately, please send us an email!
Pay will be depending on experience. You will not be able to start working until your new hire packet is completed. If we do not get back to you right away, we will keep your information on file and call you for the next round of hiring. If you are serious about finding a good job, about making good money, then this is the job for you! One last thing, this is not a cash paying job, under any circumstances.
With our unfortunate experience over the years of trying to find reliable and qualified help on Craigslist, we tend to run through people who fall into the category below. We need people that are serious about a long-term job, with every possibility for promotions and raises.
