Our company is looking to fill this exciting position with a self-starter that has an eye for detail. Position is part time, must work well independently maintaining the appearance of several properties in Santa Maria - Orcutt area.
Duties will include graffiti removal, trash pick-up, and many other general maintenance duties. You will work closely with Property Management.
No special tools required.
Position available through privately owned commercial maintenance company. Our office is located in Arroyo Grande with job sites located throughout the central coast.
MUST have reliable transportation.
No benefits, 5 paid holidays a year.
