Qualifications and Skills:
Prior experience with customer service and service writing is preferred. Must have the ability to multitask and resolve problems with minimal supervision. This position requires interaction with mechanics, customers, and the sales team. Must be able to work with a computer based system for inputting repair orders and parts sales.
Responsibilities and Duties:
This position requires the candidate to greet customers, determine needs, and perform detailed write ups of work to be performed. Accurately handle and perform all paperwork necessary for jobs from start to finish. Responsible for providing customers with excellent customer service throughout their entire service experience. Maintain communications with the customers and the service manager on all work being performed. Schedule appointments for service. Make recommendations to customers on products and services offered. Dispatch work orders to technicians.
