Duties: Preparing customer's properties for tree work operations, assisting in tree pruning and take-down operations, cleaning up branches and debris, maintaining tree processing machinery chipping brush, loading wood, splitting wood, operating machinery, learn to assist in the pruning or removing of trees as directed using the aerial lift or climbing.
Climber Pay: 25.00 and up depending on experience.
Groundsman Pay: 15.00 to 23.00 per hour depending on qualifications.
Bonuses as available: 15.00 to 80.00 per week.
Payday: Every two weeks.
Benefits: Sick pay after one year of service. Other group benefits will be available.
We are currently working Wednesdays to Saturdays.
Requirements:
1 Year of tree work experience is preferred.
Have a car and be able to come to the yard each day. Wear personal protective equipment at all times.
Follow written and verbal attendance and safe work policies. Be responsible, dependable, hard- working, willing to communicate
and honest. Have consistent attendance.
Lift at least 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
A California Driver's License and an excellent driving record helps.
