Accounts Payable Analyst

DescriptionPerform full-cycle accounts payable processes – including invoice matching with purchase orders, coding, batching, data entry and processing paymentsDemonstrate experience with general ledger account reconciliations including month end closing processes and knowledge of accounting principlesEnsure invoices are recorded in accordance with company policy and generally accepted accounting principlesPerform routine daily and monthly responsibilitiesResolve purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepanciesCommunicate effectively with vendors and other employees to resolve payment processing issuesMonitor invoice progress from receipt thru approval and paymentAudit and process employee expense reports ensuring they are in accordance with company policyProvide audit and tax team supportEnsure company personnel are appropriately trained in the payment approval and submission processPerform other duties and ad hoc projects as assignedRequirementsEpicor, Concur, Accounts Payable (AP), Account CodingRobert Half Finance & Accounting, the world's leader in specialized financial staffing, provides exciting full-time opportunities in the areas of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, audit, taxation and more.
