Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are offering a temporary to full time employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk based in SANTA MONICA, California. The individual will play a crucial role in our financial operations, focusing on account reconciliation, billing, cash applications, and collections. The position will involve working with software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Maintain precise records of accounts receivable Swiftly resolve customer inquiries and issues related to financial matters Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary Handle account reconciliation activities to ensure all financial data is correct Manage billing operations, preparing and sending invoices to customers Conduct cash applications, recording and processing all cash transactions Oversee cash collections, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various financial operations Handle commercial collections, liaising with clients to manage overdue payments.Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR) Expertise in Billing processes Experience with Cash Applications and Cash Collections Familiarity with Commercial Collections Proficient in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of Oracle software Experience with QuickBooks Proficiency in SAP software Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proactive problem-solving abilities Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure Strong numerical and analytical skills.
