Then, help us reimagine the pet care experience at VCA Animal Hospitals.As a Digital Product Manager, you will work in our Digital Client Experience department and oversee client-facing technology products that positively impact 3M+ pet parents (aka clients), 25K+ employees and 800+ VCA Animal Hospitals across the US and Canada.Our ideal candidate will be compassionate, data-driven, organized and customer obsessed. This role requires a passion for understanding customer behaviors and the ability to using design thinking to solve the right problems and deliver maximum value. The right candidate will bring deep knowledge and proven experience using research and analytics to optimize existing solutions and design new experiences.What You’ll Do

Lead the overall vision and product development lifecycle for selected client-facing products

Analyze product level usage metrics and research to uncover opportunities to improve our digital client experiences

Develop initial wireframe concepts and mockups for early concept testing

Work with various team members and departments including Operations, Marketing and Technology to define user stories, prioritize features, identify technical requirements, conduct QA and successfully implement enhancements and new product launches

Drive user experience (UX), user interface (UI) and voice user interface (VUI) design teams to deliver easy to use, intuitive and beautiful experiences

Develop technical API requirements for developers to follow

Assist with QA/testing for new enhancements and product launches

Perform easy to follow and engaging product demos to various teams

Develop the internal product training/support materials and lead the go to market strategy

Work closely with outside development partners on all aspects for the product lifecycle

Manage product-level budgets

Provide ‘white glove’ production support as needed

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Digital Product Manager for mobile apps, websites and voice assistants

10+ years working within Technology and/or Marketing departments

Demonstrated success defining and launching awesome customer-facing products

Experience working with UX and UI teams

Experience creating directional UX wireframes to illustrate a new product vision/enhancement

Experience developing technical requirement documents (e.g. API data requirements)

Experience working with external partners

Proven ability to think outside the box

Experience working within Agile environments

Experience defining and managing product budgets

Must be detailed oriented, resourceful, and work well under pressure.

Proven ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities simultaneously with minimum guidance and high attention to detail

Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills

Strong client service, communication, problem solving and project management skills

Team player with experience working with different departments and stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, Sketch and Photoshop

Ability to travel up to 10% of time across the US and Canada
