Job Summary :Sr IT Project Manager will be responsible for the initiation and managing of complex IT projects for enhancements, upgrade, migration, and integration of various Application systems like Workday HCM, as well as payroll and time tracking systems to support global business in a dynamic environment Proficiency in the following functional areas of complex payroll processing: earnings, deductions, taxes, pay calculation, time tracking and time clocks, absence management, retroactive processing, expatriate processing, and complex integrations Also has to coordinate with the Vendor teams and manage all the activites - DR and other stuff. 4. Roles & Responsibilities : . Understand and articulate complex problems related to the specific technology Interface with community network to retain technology competitiveness. Work with the client team to address escalations and own the resolution during the critical incident scenario . Plan and implement major change requests and engineering tasks Project / Process: . Participate in technical audits. Identify opportunities for automation- standardization and stabilization of environment. Lead TIP initiatives and coordinate with CoEs for the implementation of the same. Conduct Proof of Concept activities when necessary. Undertake project specific Proof of Concepts activities to validate technical feasibility with guidance.
