Overview: Our client, a public research university offering undergraduate and graduate degree programs in a wide range of disciplines, seeks an accomplished

IT Project Manager (Healthcare and Cyber Security).

Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship

Location: Santa Monica, CA 90404

Duration: 12 months w/ possibility of extension

Note:

Position will be a mix of onsite & remote work.

Description:

Responsibilities include those standards in common PM systems (PMI PMP, Agile etc.).
Lead projects through life cycle.

Qualifications:

5 years in IT with preferably 2+ years Cybersecurity / IT Security project management experience.
Ideal candidate is going to have a strong blend of both hands-on technical experience (bonus if in IT Security) as well as Project Management experience in a technical field (with an emphasis on candidates with experience in healthcare and/or IT Security).
Experience as a technical PM in managing large & complex projects with preference to those with specific management of cybersecurity and/or identity management projects.
Utilize UPlan (branded version of CA Clarity PPM tool) to lead, manage, schedule & track all projects assigned.
