Seeking a Transformation Management Project Manager to work within a Transformation Management Office (TMO), whose purpose is to maximize competitive advantage by building organizational agility, accelerating value realization and executing the transformation agenda. This individual will support its team members to operationalize strategy, lead specific projects and programs and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: Support TMO members through the successful implementation of mission critical programs or projects, including but not limited to:
- Build the structure in the organization and create a baseline for other teams to follow
- Build out the center of excellence
- Develop corporate communications
- With analytical skillet build out collateral, emails, site, tracking metrics, executive level communication correspondence
- Monitor initiative performance, ensuring accountability and mitigating risk to maximize transformation effort value
- Assist in the development of program portfolio tracking and reporting by setting priorities, creating logical work plans and communicating progress of relevant cross-functional projects through executive level presentations and dashboards
- Help develop executive communications and presentations related to program status, critical path activity timing, resources required and related issues and / or risk
- Act as a thought partner to TMO team to champion continuous improvement, new ideas and transformational initiatives
- Support TMO members in the management of cross-functional teams in a highly ambiguous environment through project management, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and communication development
- Assist in project scoping and discovery by defining of business requirements, analyzing potential impact, assessing stakeholder needs, and developing business plans
- Demonstrate active listening and provide feedback within the TMO to facilitate problem solving, decision making, and issue resolution
- 2+ years' experience in a top tier management consulting firm
- Looking for experience with Change Management outside of enterprise risk management (ERM) implementation, someone who has done organizational design, operating models, etc. at the enterprise level
- Prefer experience with a biotech / pharmaceutical companies - experience needs to come from large enterprise
- A critical thinker - looking for someone who is able to take on a lot of department needs, comfortable presenting to management, and is effectively organized
- Proficient in working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly fluid environment with minimal guidance
- Strong program management skills
- Understanding of drug development is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to express ideas and present information effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in project planning tools, content management tools and collaborative technology
