It is also a major supplier of oxygen systems, telemetry and communication solutions, in-flight entertainment systems or fuel systems.Position OverviewMaintain and improve material flows in order to satisfy internal and external customers to achieve goals in terms of OTD, inventory and customer satisfaction.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure budgeted inventory levels based on having an optimum schedule according to the demand of the customer, the production plan follow up and the correct manufacturing cycle timesCoordinate the Mater Production ScheduleDefine and ensure correct forecast policies by customerSupport and coordination of capacity planCoordination of the department of planning and inside sales (current activities in STS)Customer OTDFollow up and performance of departments KPIsDirect communication with the customerCoordination and implementation of continuous improvement plansCoordination, development and implementation of strategic projects defined by managementSupport production control team to ensure the objectives of the departmentStandardization between all IAM plantsDeployment of complete production control process including: item master accuracy, negotiation with customer, dispatch reports/production plans, capacity analysis, KPIs, level loading, inventory optimization, PO alignment, etc…Job ProfileEducation: Bachelors degreeExperience: 5 years of materials managementSpecific knowledge: Analytical, ability to negotiate, problem solving, initiative and communication skills, MRP, Sales and Operations Planning, ERP, team workDesirable knowledge: APICS Certification & M3Languages: English 100%.
