- Summarizing measurement results into reports for recommendations
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience as an RF Engineer
- Hands on RF measurement experience with S-parameter, TOI, noise figure, harmonics, spurious and EVM
- Demonstrated understanding of the following concepts and principles:
- Sources of measurement error
- Appropriate selection of instrumentation and equipment
- Integration of hardware and software
- Grounding and shielding principles
- Familiar with schematic capture tools
- Intimately familiar with VNA, Vector Signal Generator and Spectrum Analyzer measurements experience
- RF System design and debug experience in a large-scale production or lab environment
- Demonstrated ability to:
- Effectively interact and communicate with team members
- Work effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural group development environment
- Problem-solve effectively - diagnose technical issues and propose reasonable solutions
- Take initiative, be a self-starter, and work independently
- Strong problem-solving skills, work ethic, and drive to succeed
